During these challenging times, the soldiers of Golani’s elite commando unit continue to fight bravely and with determination to protect our country and bring our hostages home.
After almost two years of fighting, there is an urgent need for high-level equipment, which has been professionally selected by the IDF to protect the lives of the soldiers and enable them to carry out their missions and return to their families safely.
The requested donation is intended specifically for a crew in the elite commando unit of Golani that is currently training to enter Gaza. Every dollar will go toward the purchase of specific items pre-selected by the unit itself, not a general fund (e.g., helmets, ceramic vests, protective glasses, and bags). All equipment meets IDF standards and is approved for use. The cost of the needed equipment is estimated at $110,000.
